After years of helping employers, brokers, and industry partners implement CHOICE Arrangements across the country, we saw the same challenge repeated time and time again.
Organizations weren’t struggling because of a lack of technology—they were struggling to find experienced advisors who could simplify complex decisions, educate employees, and provide ongoing support long after implementation.
We founded The CHOICE Consultants to fill that gap. As an independent consulting firm, our role is to help clients build the right strategy, select the right partners, and deliver an exceptional experience for every stakeholder involved.
